Yes. With no platform fees, our direct rate is always at least 10% below the all-in Airbnb total for the same dates.
How does payment work?
Secure card payment. A deposit holds your dates and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. The $300 bond is a card hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually 2 nights, and 3 nights in peak periods and school holidays.
How do the longer-stay discounts work?
The discount applies to every night of your stay: 10% off 3+ nights, 15% off 5+, 20% off 7+, 25% off 14+ and 30% off 28+ nights. It's applied automatically when you pick your dates.
Check-in and check-out?
Self check-in from 3pm with a smart lock. Checkout is 10am, or later on request and on our Weekend Reset and returning-guest stays.
Parking?
One compact secure garage space that suits a smaller car, plus street parking nearby.
Pets or parties?
